I’m Michelle Graham, a Realtor® with eXp Realty serving Snohomish and North King County. I love helping people through the parts of real estate that can feel like a lot. Let’s face it, very few of us are excited about getting a house ready to sell, figuring out what needs to be done, what it might cost, where we’re going next and how all the pieces are going to come together.
Part of that comes from watching my own family go through a major life change in a hurried, stressful way. I remember thinking how different it could have felt if someone had helped them slow things down, understand their options and make a plan for what came next.
Then there were my own experiences with real estate. I still remember riding around as a buyer in a Realtor’s car with fuzzy dice and a personalized real estate license plate, hoping nobody I knew would see me. I remember thinking, there has got to be a better way to do this.
Turns out, there is.
I want you to understand what’s happening and feel good about the decisions you’re making. I’ll give you my best advice, explain why I’m recommending it and help you work through the options when there isn’t one obvious answer. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll figure that out too.
I’ve lived in and around this area most of my life, from Lynnwood and Edmonds to North Seattle, Mukilteo and Snohomish. My family and friends are here too. I know these communities from living here, not just working here.
Part of me has wanted to do this since I was a kid. In every 80s movie, the cool mom was a real estate agent, and I wanted to wear that blazer. Apparently, some things stick.

I’ve completed advanced training in negotiation, real estate contracts through Draft Like a Lawyer, buyer representation, and working with older homeowners and their families. I continue to invest in education that makes me a better advisor and advocate for my clients.
